Disclosure Regarding Medical DX Promotion System Development
In accordance with the medical fee revision effective April 2025 (Reiwa 7), our clinic has implemented the following measures regarding the Medical DX Promotion System Development.
- We have established a system for online eligibility verification.
- We have established a system enabling physicians to view and utilize medical information obtained through online eligibility verification.
- We actively encourage the use of My Number Cards (My Number Health Insurance Cards) through verbal reminders and posted notices.
- Information regarding our Medical DX promotion system and our commitment to providing high-quality medical care through comprehensive information utilization is posted in a visible location within our clinic and on our website.
Based on the above system, starting February 1, 2026 (Reiwa 8), the “Medical DX Promotion System Development Surcharge” will be applied once per month at the time of initial consultation billing.
